DAY 1: Arrival to Vilnius

DAY 2: Vilnius

DAY 3: Vilnius – Trakai – husky farm – Vilnius
The day starts with a private tour to Trakai, – a cozy and beautiful town just 25 km from Vilnius, that once served as the capital of Lithuania. Highlights include the famous Trakai Island Castle on Lake Galvė, which dates back to the 15th century and now houses the historical Museum of Trakai.
Free time for lunch in Trakai where you can taste the region’s traditional cuisine including savory stuffed pastries kibinai.
After lunch, you will be brought to a husky farm near Kaunas where you will get a tour of the facilities and have the opportunity to take a 3-km (~10 min) dog sled ride, followed by hot tea and pancakes at a local farmstead.
